How to Order
**All orders must be placed before 2:00pm EST within normal business hours in order for your product(s) to be shipped that day. (If item is available)
Normal business hours are Monday thru Friday 9am-5pm EST.
Order over the internet:
To place an order, browse our website to find the products you would like to purchase. As you make your decision, click on the Add to Cart button near the bottom of the page. This will take you to your shopping cart.
At this point you can do one of three things:
1. Continue to shop by clicking on the Keep Shopping button.
2. Remove items from your shopping cart by clicking on Remove found to the right of the product you no longer want in your shopping cart.
3. Finalize your purchase by clicking on the Check Out button. If you are in no hurry to finalize your purchase, you can leave items in your shopping cart for several days. However, the In Stock status will not automatically update when you return to your shopping cart. To get an updated status, make sure you remove each product from your shopping cart and re-add them to your cart.

Ordering by credit card:
1. Orders placed over the internet require a valid credit card.
2. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards for US and Canadian orders.
3. Outside the US and Canada we accept American Express and Discover credit cards only.
4. All credit card orders will require address verification. For your protection, we will ship to an alternate address only if it is on file with your credit card company.
***Please make sure the billing address you place with your order is the same billing address your credit company has on file.***
5. For fastest service we recommend only shipping to the address where you receive your credit card bills.
6. We charge your card the day we ship your product.
COD Orders
All COD orders must be placed over the telephone. COD orders can only ship UPS Ground. We do not ship COD orders outside of the Continental U.S. There will be a $8.00 COD fee added to each COD order.
